Innovation in Streaming Current Measurement since 1996

Reliable coagulation control depends on instruments operators can trust every shift. Since 1996, AccuFloc has focused on making streaming current measurement practical for water treatment plants: easier to calibrate, faster to read, and more reliable in day-to-day operation.

In 2003, we released our first export AccuFloc model. It introduced FFT signal processing and an enhanced algorithm, giving operators a clear performance advantage: a final real-time measurement is possible every 0.1 seconds, and a simple three-second button push to set the 0.00 point and Span. Operators value this because they can complete calibration easily themselves.

In 2026, AccuFloc remains the only SCM offering this easy calibrate feature.

In 2011, Hach purchased the AccuFloc technology, relabelled it and released it as the Hach AF7000 SCM. The AF7000 remained available until May 2025, when it was made obsolete.

In May 2025, AccuFloc released the AF9000 series with our Patented Magnetic Linear Drive. This frictionless drive is designed to have no wear and almost maintenance free, addressing one of the biggest issues with conventional SCMs: reliability problems and high maintenance costs.

The AF9000 retains the proven AccuFloc and AF7000 features operators already value, while adding the new Magnetic Linear Drive. It is designed as a direct replacement for the Hach AF7000 SCM.

If your plant is planning an SCM replacement of any brand or looking to reduce maintenance costs, visit www.accuflocs.com to learn more about the AF9000 series and how we can help.
